Online application..invitation for the interview took a bit longer but its variable..some cases it might be much faster.. then first round of personal interview later second round of personal interview and then decision phase

Question 1
1st round consists of applicant's previous experience and relevant questions for bridging between the future task to see if the applicant is qualified to handle the challenges. relevant circuit analysis and physical implementation related questions.
second round includes the detailed explanation and specific questions related to the actual task and applicants view on this discussion.

Entretien
The interview was run very unprofessionally.
I contacted the hiring manager and ask for an interview. Then,
* I paid for airline tickets and lodging out of my own expense.
* I followed up with the hiring manager after two weeks and asked for feedback; it was neither a negative or positive feedback. She just asked me to wait.
* After two months I got a system email saying the job was filled.
Lessons: never ask for an interview directly. You get treated pretty cheaply.

Two round on spot interview. First round is full two hours of technical and next round was more relaxed just more than an hour. Each of the interview was very interactive and everyone was very helpful
