I passed first two interviews, insightful chat and coding session with the tech lead. The last interview was 3 hour long, 4 rounds. The interview was first scheduled in the following week, but then I was told the interview must happen the next day. I canceled my evening plan next day and attended the interview. First round was planned for 30 mins with HR. I expected to be asked some questions but instead the HR asked me if I have any questions for her. I didn’t at that stage but I came up some meaningless questions and it went on for 10 mins. There was a 20 mins gap until the next round. But I waited for 30 mins until the next interviewer connected to the call and he said he was late because the last interviewer (HR) didn’t pass on to him. The following 3 rounds interviews were intense and challenging. Because of that delay, each interviewer had to speed up. After the interview, I never hear back from them (3 months passed). No offer, no rejection, no feedback, not a single word. I reached out to the recruiter in LinkedIn for some feedback, no answers. So, overall, very bad interview experience. At least they should show some respect and give some feedbacks for candidates who spent hours interviewing with them.
