2 Telephonic Rounds of interview. First one was about basics of telecommunications, second round was more technical regarding the current technologies. It was a managerial round of interview. The manager asked certain questions, thought my answers were not satisfactory but still got the offer.
Two rounds of interview with the Hiring Manager could be Skype or onsite depending on location. If you have log analysis experience make sure to highlight that. They have their own tools so training is provided once you start

Entretien
Direct Onsite Interview call. The company is not worth trying for. Bad company with no initiative to reply even for On-site interview. Its been more than 3 months and no answer yet. I recommend others to stay away from them.
