A 5 people panel interview. You will be called for an interview with 5 older guys sitting across the table with you (intimidation lol). You will receive a test score for this process later via postal mail afterward. I think, I received an average score but called back after being laid off for another round of being a journeyman electrician. Just be honest and you'll be fine.
