Pretty lengthy (3 separate interviews over several days), but they were setup well and all done over the phone/online. However, in the 3rd interview the interviewer asked me two questions which were inapproriate, and in fact, illegal. He asked me both whether I was married, and if I had any children. I answered the questions honestly, but I feel that it is likely they did not chose me because I have a child, even though he is in school and well above the age that would make working remotely difficult. The day after the third interview I followed up with the recruiter and never heard back from anyone at all. Overall after my experience, I am glad they did not make me an offer because I am concerned with their ethical practices and their professionalism. Disappointed.
