I interviewed in an initial phone screening for an account manager role with Global Prarie. Though the role itself wasn't a fit, the hiring manager provided very thorough information about the company and the role itself. Only feedback would be to have a stronger follow-up process for candidates you decide not to continue with. Even if it's automated, it's good to have word back on what the status of the job is.

I interviewed with HR. Then interviewed in person with a director and then interviewed with another director. After that I had to take multiple personality / logic tests and never got an offer.
