HR email with some basic standard questions, followed by call with the hiring manager and then a interview with the team members to understand more about the work and compatibility. The HR ghosted completely, no update no feedback, no yes/no. Its terrible if a company doesnt value an applicants time. I would not want to work with a company like this who wouldn't value someone's time even after sending follow-up emails. I can only imagine how they treat employees, no wonder the rating on glassdoor is terrible
