The interview process was very inconvenient where the interviewers decided that the moment I got dropped off call due to network issues, that I was cheating in the interview and was using AI tools just because they had similar experience with previous candidates. And after convincing them of my innonence they gave another chance but asked me to come to their office in Noida for a face to face interview which I did. Even after completing all the rounds successfully they decided suddenly that they wanted to interview more candidates and ghosted me completely after that.
After 2 months I was reached out again by their manager who earlier "wanted to interview more candidates" that the role is still not filled and if I'm still interested, then I will have to again come down to their Noida office for interview again. I did agree to that and was told their HR will contact me with further details. HR called and asked me some details along the expected salary (which was already discussed multiple times earlier). No issues again I told them everything they wanted to know. Again they ghosted me without any information and later I got to know from someone already working there that my expectations are high. Absolutely weird that depsite telling them about my salary expectations since the beginning they decided to interview me and waste my time by not telling me if it's a hire or no hire, came back again and wasted my time and efforts again. I think this organisation needs a serious reality check about whose expectations are high when they're not able to even fill a single role for more than 6 months. Don't waste your time interviewing with this company as all they will do is waste your time and nothing else.
