Disappointing experience. First, a form rejection letter was sent after I applied and a week later, the recruiter emailed to complete a cursory interview. She was very nice and professional. Next interview with the hiring manager was a disappointment. Asked a couple of general questions about auto finance in general and utlizing reporting and then ended the interview. He seemed very uninterested in completing the interview, almost as if he was put off by having to invest any time in speaking with me. Almost has me think there really isn't a position they were looking to fill, more that they were trying to get a list of candidates to be able to reach out to at a later time. Disappointing process, applicants beware!

4 step process, initial phone screen by Talent Acquisition, followed up by phone interview, then zoom call and final in person meeting with District Manager. I thought it was very nice that the DM would travel to meet me in my home State.
