2 rounds after HR screening. The first involved a rigorous 90-minute technical assessment conducted by four team members followed by an on-site interview with the Department Director. While the interactions during the interviews were positive, subsequent to the final interview, despite assurances of communication, I did not receive any updates. My attempts to reach out to HR and the hiring manager via email yielded no response. This lack of follow-up is disappointing and reflects a deficiency in professionalism.

Submitted resume through company website. I was called for an onsite interview after speaking with recruiter. Met with manager and 3 developers on site. Rather a waste of time as they stated job skill requirements for technologies they don't use, e.g. J2EE, and focused on technologies they listed as optional.
