Phone interview and homework. The phone interview went fine and she seemed happy with my answers. The frustration came along with the homework. It was a pretty intense project where we had to pull from a JSON file and sort it out into a sorted and color coded chart. I felt I made it exactly like the screenshot but when I submitted it they said that it did not represent the CSS/JS skills they are looking for in a developer. I asked to clarify and they didn't send me any more info. It was immensely frustrating that I had spent several hours on this project and they didn't even give it a healthy critique, just a comment about how its not good enough and that's that. I made it look like the screenshot and if they wanted me to use CSS grid or style it fancier I would have been happy to.
