The interview process was how any interview process should be. The company needs to determine if the candidate is a good fit and the candidate needs to determine if the company and job are the right fit. I really enjoyed the transparency and willingness to answer all my questions. It was very obvious during the interview process that this company has a great culture, great leadership, and was something I wanted to be apart of. I also enjoyed that I was never waiting - the process was fast and the feedback was quick. The process consisted of multiple phone interviews and an in-person interview.
