Consisted of an initial telephone interview to discuss experience and qualifications followed by two rounds of face to face interviews. The first was with two colleagues and the second was with two company directors.

Interview with the COO and CEO. They were very pleasant and down to earth. They explained to me that they were through the cutting of the crisis. And we're prepared for the next cycle. So this was good. A lot of the employees had a seniority of above 10 years at the company.
