Stage 1: initial typed q&a via freshminds Interview 1: short 20-30 min interview with fresh minds. Very much background + behavioural focused. Interview 2: slightly longer 40 min interview with fresh minds. Some basic technicals and more advanced behavioural + motivation. Final: assessment centre at the gleacher office. Involved 3 one-on-one interviews + a group case study.

The interview process began with a technical interview (TI) conducted by an interviewer, focusing on analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills. This was followed by an online assessment (OA), which primarily consisted of a maths-based test designed to evaluate quantitative aptitude and numerical accuracy.
