The worst interviewer I have ever dealt with in my entire career. He was late to the call, never introduced himself or told me his title or what he even does there. There was no initial phone screening, he just jumped immediately to a live coding test. He didn't ask me a single question - not about myself, my background or my experience - nothing. He even told me he didn't read my resume(!). He gave unclear instructions and expected me to spit out code out on the spot without telling me what he was actually looking for. Then he abruptly said "I have to drop" and ended the call. This was without a doubt the most unprofessional, sad excuse for an interview I have ever dealt with. You couldn't pay me enough to work for or with a person like that. I promptly emailed saying I retract my application and was not interested.
