the interview process was too long, it had 5 rounds of interviews even though all the recruiters were amazing but the process was lingered on and they didn't bother giving the feedback after the rejection.

what are the industry trends? the supply chain crisis created shortage thus how do you believe we could have avoided that or done better?
I met several people as the HR, marketing team, managers. And it was very well organized and fluid when planning the interviews. Fair and nice when meeting for the interview.

Le premier entretien avec le manager junior pour 30 minutes sur la motivation, l'interet, et les produits que j'utilise. Le deuxième entretien avec le manager senior sur la motivation, l'objectif professionnel etc.
