I was scouted by a Senior Recruiter on LinkedIn, it was an automated message, but it aligned perfectly with my experience and career trajectory. A link to schedule an interview was shared in this first automated message, so I scheduled it right away. It got accepted by the Senior Recruiter and I had a 45-minute call with her, which was mostly me asking questions to her. After 2 days, I received an email with an invitation for an interview with the hiring manager. This interview was a 45-mintues video call with the Director of Business Development. It was quite informal at the beginning, which made me feel confortable enough to ease my nerves and show my real personality. It was actually a very enjoyable conversation and there was definitely mutual interest. After 7 days, I received an invitation for the 3rd round - a panel interview with 3 directors of Business Development and Sales.
