The process was open and transparent. I went through 5 rounds of interviews...only to get completely ghosted. No rejection email nor response to my follow up. Terrible way to treat someone who put so much effort and time into the process.

got contacted by the recruiter for a job that wasn't available on the website and other job board. got the interview with the hiring manager, even if they announced layoffs for the beginning of June

it was the same interview, nothing special 3-4 classic questions, like why this place, who you are, what are doing for creating your pipeline, what's your key of success in sales

Didnt move past recruiter stage which i found odd as I work in the industry selling a similar product.
