Had video phone screen interview with HR. Next interview was just 1/2 hour with hiring manager. Hiring Manager didn't seem too interested in me, he didn't ask questions about my capabilities, experience tying to the role or career goals. I felt, I didn't get a chance to really describe my skills and experience and how good a fit my background is for that role. The interview could've been better and longer. Nevertheless, the hiring manager was nice but, not really an interviewer. Needs some work on how to interview candidates.
