Short, it was more casual on Zoom. 4 to 5 questions. Just one on one with the director. Mentioned about doing interviews for another week. When emailed regarding updates, they ghosted me with no updates which is kind of disappointing.

- Questions were sent in advance. - Conversation was fairly straightforward, answering the questions that had been given in advance. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and we had some back and forth conversation but most of the time was spent regurgitating the answers that I had prepared in advance. - I was told I was receive either a "yes" or a "no" the following week but never heard anything.

How has your previous professional experience prepared you for this role?
The initial interview was over zoom and was fairly straightforward. The interviewer asked questions pertaining to experience and how that would fit into the role. Interviewer was friendly. I did not progress past this round, and would have appreciated a followup email.
