I applied online through the Girls Who Code website and was contacted in a week. Sent me a technical question to prepare for in advance, and set up a date for a Google Hangouts interview. The interviewer was very passionate and kind. I messed up on my code for the technical question I prepared for - make sure to double check your code and find any possible edge cases. They're mostly looking for how well you can explain or talk to students who are confused.
