I received an message via LinkedIn inviting me for a first stage interview which was with the CS manager. I then got through to the next stage, this was about a week after the initial, which was with the CS manager again and the CCO who asked most of the questions this time. Both were lovely and easy to talk to. I then had a call with the Senior Customer Support Agent and the Customer Success Manager a few days after. I received an offer for the job on the same day!
