They called me three times fr interview. My current and my last salary drawn were also known to them. HR told me you have cleared all the rounds. She told me to provide Ur all salary slips and documents. All this process continued for 15 days. Then HR tells me we can't give you rise on Ur ctc rather they were offering me less than my last ctc. It was a horrible outcome any organization can give. I asked her fr the reason she told she isn't aware of it and decision is taken my higher management. Total worst respond to any employee. They wasted my time and my travel bugs. They want the skilled people but believe me they don't want to spend on them. Worst interview ever. Guys don't waste Ur time on it
