Had a recruiter reach out to me and ask if I was interested in the position. We had a discussion and it seemed like I would be a very good fit. I then did a formal application. I reached out again after hearing nothing for a month to be told that there was a leadership change. I reached out again after another month and got no reply at all. Ghosted after they reached out to me. Very unprofessional.
