Linked up through recruiter. Took sometime to organise interviews which consisted of series of one to ones with directors - sales, marketing, HR and General Manager. Very keen to stress small size of company, need for 'hands on' approach and jack of all trades mentality at senior levels. Very undemanding on my technical and management skills.

All the 'describe a difficult situation' / weakness/ conflict type stuff
Series of four interviews; TA-30 mins; Hiring Manager-30 mins with a 1.5 hour panel being the last interview( 3-4 people) before a final with Human Resources. Overall, it was well organized.

Very efficient and well organised by the Talent team. Great interview questions which have insights to the role, expectations, and the company. At all times I was updated on the status of my application.
