It was quite casual. It was an appointment over Zoom. The person interviewing me ended up as my supervisor. They let you know about the offer through a phone call before a written email No behavioral questions were asked, and it was more like a get-to-know you situation.

Had 7 plus interviews and still needed two more. I eventually backed out because the process was laborious. 2 out of the 7 mentioned the department was dysfunctional as well

very direct and general interview questions. it was smooth and asked questions regarding experience and questions related to behavioral interview questions. examples asked. be engaged in interview they will want you to ask questions as well.
