Weird!! Recruiter was rushing and mentioned all the time how busy she was. There were two more interviewers which clearly didn't have any experience on interviewing , no questions relevant to the job ( almost now questions!)

A telephone interview. Then about a week later a second interview in person with a panel of two people I would be working with and a conference call. Well organised.
