A short 15 minute call with a recruiter to review background and experience, a 30 minute call with a director in the department reviewing background and asking about goals, and an on-site interview with about 8 different people in 30 minute intervals. Most of the interviewers were at the associate director or director level and asked the standard gamut of interview questions. Everyone stressed that employees at Gilead are worked very hard, but that the experience for career growth is unmatched.

Long, but easy. Once they select you for an interview, the job is yours to loose. They know who they want as their next prey. Do not take an offer here. Run.
