J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gilead Sciences (Foster City, CA) en sept. 2016
Entretien
Very straightforward, three rounds with several members of the team. First round was with three analysts, second round was with two reviewers, third round was with the hiring manager. The phone interview was the technical portion of the interview. Mostly questions about HPLC, UPLC, differences, advantages for each. Second interview (in-person) was mostly a resume screen.
First started with an initial HR screen, then hiring manager interview, then multiple individual interviews with team members, 30 minutes each. The intensity of the interview will depend on the team.

Entretien
A few video call interviews after talking to someone in hiring. They asked some technical questions but were also checking for team work. After that, there was no formal rejection though.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked me how to troubleshoot one of the instrument methods (LCMS) if the run wasn't going as planned.

At this point I don't even know if Gilead actually hiring. Or they just taunting with jobs opening. I have been applied, and yet I seen multiple jobs reposted with the same job descriptions on multiple platforms. Don't even bother applying with Gilead. They just taunting and make it seems like they are hiring but they actually not. Waste of time. I hope Gilead HR, Talent recruiters and Hiring Managers actually take this seriously because it is cruel for the people who job hunting to see ghost jobs.
