Two interviews, one with the hod who appeared to talk the talk but knew very little. The other with a recruiting person who talked for an hour solid and did not ask many questions.

Applied online via their website as soon as the position was published.They advertised and started interviewing for the about three months before they wanted to fill it which was kind of irritating. Got through to face to face interview. Despite chasing them for feedback via email a couple of times, they totally ghosted me. I thought I had done well in the interview, and had all the relevant work and industry experience, but they didn't even bother to reply or follow up which is such bad form.

STAR based questioning about how you approach and handle certain professional challenges - nothing too left field and I had prepared for every question they asked. Pretty standard and based on the job role and responsibilities.
