They explained to me accurately what the role was about, the dept situations and specifically the kind of questions they would have asked at the interview. They also provided accurate timings and clarified the criteria for the assessment. It was quite in depth interview, but it felt easy or better comfortable, like it was the right place to be. I had particular chemistry with both my interviewers, especially with the Director. My first point of contact was very outspoken and friendly. They both encouraged me and made me feel a special candidate during the interview process. Even though, I haven't got that job, it left me a very good impression and I strongly recommended to everyone to work there. It was a very positive experience.
