The process took 2 months, including 4 interviews and reference checks. My impressions of most of the people I interviewed were good. However, some of the information given in the interviews was inconsistent (business and technical). I got contradictory information from different people. It was not what I expected in terms of working conditions and opportunities. The offer and benefits were below my expectation. It is within the limit that I set as the minimum in my salary expectation. The strict approach to working on-sight didn't match my values either. There were offers with better opportunities that I had received, otherwise, I would perhaps have made a counteroffer.

The process included a recruiter screening, a skills-based interview, and a final interview with the team lead. Each interviewer was well-prepared and asked insightful questions. I appreciated the timely communication and clear feedback at each step

The most important question I was asked was about how I handle fast-paced environments and quick decision-making, which is very relevant to Getir’s operational structure.

Typical Recruiter - Team Manager - Hiring Manager interview pipeline. But after the hiring manager phase, they just dont answer anymore. This happened to me twice where I was left in a blank state by the recruiters.
Hr interview and meeting with team members. Friendly team members but unorganized company. Scope of work is not well defined. I didn’t get clear answers to my questions. Questions were standard and predictable.
