Worst Interview Ever.
With HR, everything is fine. Then they sent me a case with 10-15 questions. It really takes time btw.
After I join for the first technical interview I just started to represent my case study and finished. And the guy said well we waited for 10-15 requirements that you need to analyze. However your presentation is good, thank you maybe you are more suitable for other positions.
I was shock that got this answer. There were no question in the case about requirements, yet the guy can just ask me please indicate few requierments. I said I have been dealing with req.s for more than 5 years that is what I do.
However these people are so untechnical and does not even know the difference between Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, I just said okay bye.
Never gonna apply for this company again. How these people find jobs in here, I guess with all references LoL.

-I didn't show us ..... (it is not in the case study)LoL
The process included a recruiter screening, a skills-based interview, and a final interview with the team lead. Each interviewer was well-prepared and asked insightful questions. I appreciated the timely communication and clear feedback at each step

Question 1
The most important question I was asked was about how I handle fast-paced environments and quick decision-making, which is very relevant to Getir’s operational structure.

Hanging...
Typical Recruiter - Team Manager - Hiring Manager interview pipeline. But after the hiring manager phase, they just dont answer anymore. This happened to me twice where I was left in a blank state by the recruiters.
Hr interview and meeting with team members. Friendly team members but unorganized company. Scope of work is not well defined. I didn’t get clear answers to my questions. Questions were standard and predictable.
