I had three interviews with them. I spared my time to have an interview with them but they did not show any courtesy to give feedback after the interview. If I was not going to be selected why did I do three interviews? The guy was a director. He told me that they would tell me the result in 2 working days. But since then, I did not hear from them. This shows how much they value people.

They do not currently support you or sponsor you regarding getting a residence and working permit, if you do not have one for Germany. So that is the first step before the interview process begins.
