Chaotic, unprofessional and downright strange. I went through a phone screen, then was invited onsite. Sat with 4 people and got the gamut of regular interview questions about my background and overall interest. During my time with the hiring manager- she told me that they are actually looking for two positions and the JD provided was actually not accurate. She gauged my interest, and the conversation was seemingly positive. She said she would email me the actual job specs- and that the following steps would include a presentation of some sort. Never heard from her- 3 weeks have passed. I reached out to the recruiting coordinator to follow up; got a mailer-demon auto-reply. I then added the hiring manager on LinkedIn to seek some ACTUAL feedback that might be useful to my endeavor... she hasn't added me or responded. It would be nice to just be told they aren't interested after I've spent a whole afternoon with them.
