After call with HR I had a case study presentation that took around 1 hour and 2 designers on the call. As the next step I had Whiteboard Challenge which was really tough. The team wasn't helping during the session and didn't provide any data to support the product idea. So be aware that you gonna be alone and collaboration with colleges is not so important during that session. It was very packed and I had only 30 min to create the full idea. The team also expects from you to show sketches of the idea in the end too. Very stressfull and not healthy environment to showcase your skills.

Executive Interview The communication was excellent throughout the recruitment process. The recruiter explained each step in detail and what was expected of me at each stage. However, the process was very long and tiring, lasting two months. After investing so much of my time and energy, it was frustrating to reach the final stage and not receive an offer. In the end, the recruiter provided me with feedback during a call. Although I didn't agree with everything, I appreciated the respect shown towards the candidates. Overall, despite the lengthy process, it was a positive experience and everyone on the team was friendly,
