Started with a phone interview, where expectations and opportunities were discussed, followed by in person interview and tour. The interviewers were nice but the work environment seemed less than ideal conditions for most.

I applied online and got a response in a week or so and had a phone interview. They said they would let me know in 10 days but never got any response saying anything.
