The 30-minute phone interview focused on behavioral questions. It was scheduled by an HR from Peoplescout, representing Gerdau. The HR first asked me whether I had some questions for her. Then asked me to introduce my co-op experience, followed by behavioral questions.

Was contacted via email from a recruiter after applying online via a recruitment agency on LinkedIn. Did an initial phone screening with HR where we discussed the program details, company, salary etc. and I briefly touched on my experience. A week later I was invited to do a 30-minute phone interview with the team leader and members of the team I would be joining. Very laid-back interview consisting only of questions based on what they saw on my resume, little to no behavioral style questions. Received an offer after a few days and was offered a tour before accepting.
