I scheduled an interview, at the beginning of which, I reminded the interviewer that I cannot begin working for a month (which it said on my application and cover letter). The interviewer was surprised and told me to schedule an interview for then and tried to end the call. I did get her to answer that there is in fact a catch to their big sign on bonus - it's a three year work contract with the company.
