Recruiter interview and assessment centre.
Never heard back after travelling to london to interview for a daylong assessment centre. Very poor in my opinion. Shows lack of appreciation to the students and their time.

Standard questions. Asked about motivations for the role, why them in particular, why a mid-sized firm, why audit. Walk through of CV and personal experience. Was with a partner and manager. Nice company.

Had a recruitment agency contact me about this position and went to their virtual assessment day.
Consisted of an hour of senior managers giving you info about GE and a Q&A. Then had a 1-1 interview with the head of the department. Then a group exercise.
Relatively straightforward but just make sure you speak up and do your homework about the role and company.
