30 minute phone screen, followed by a quiz. Was asked for a phone number to call in an email prior to the phone screen, but they called a different number than the one I provided. The HR person was unprepared and did not review the resume beforehand (they were surprised at my current location and didn't "realize," despite having my present employer and location on my resume). The quiz after was slightly ridiculous--you were given 30 minutes to answer 40-ish questions. The quiz is not position-related, and it had programming questions mixed in with logical tests. I did not finish all the questions. There were also weird issues during the quiz, which I asked the HR person about, and ultimately was told that they had technical difficulties and the quiz wasn't going to be counted. I was rejected, and I asked for any feedback, but did not receive a reply. Overall I had a negative experience with the recruitment process.
