Applied for the position by filling out a questionnaire online along with attaching a resume. Got an e-mail asking for a skype interview (I was studying abroad at the time). Skype interview was with another candidate (that office always does group interviews with student assistants), video did not work, but interview went well. Less than a week later was told I got the job and would start when I returned home.

Interview with supervisor directly with a few question related to job, the interview went smoothly, and the offer also quickly. My supervisor emailed me about the time to interview, we just met and talked around 10 minutes, he recorded the process

The interview process is fairly easy. Mainly they questions about your experiences and the hours that you are available. The process focuses on introducing the challenges that you might encounter.
