There was a phone interview that lasted about 45 minutes, and then there was an in person interview with a panel of about 6 people. We all sat in a board room at one large table. I was given a sheet of paper with about 10 interview questions on them. They went around the room and each person on the panel asked me a question. The first question was tell me about yourself and then there were lots of situational questions.

Straightforward and personality based. They asked questions to see how you handle stress at work which I consider a plus. They also bring a lot of attention to safety at work

So the interview process was a 2 person interview, in which they gave scenario type questions. Then they asked what was my process in solving those issues. I would suggest you practice thinking of scenarios you have to solve complex problems.

It takes a while. First you apply, then they will call or email you to come in for a Customer Service Rep test, after or if the test is passed you are called for a phone interview. After the phone interview if still impressed they will set up a panel interview. They will evaluate and should call within a couple weeks. The whole process took me about 3 months. I applied in February and didn't get a interview until May. So do not get upset or think they forgot about you because they did not. Just have confidence and sell yourself well. They are a big company and they want to make the right decision.
