Easy, situation based interview. Interview with three people, then take a plant tour. It took about two weeks to receieve a decision. People were friendly and very informative and willing to answer questions.

Brutal. it was scenario based questions where they were looking for leadership qualities. A total of eight interviewers, one from every department. they all took turns asking questions and exploring for more information about previous work experience and how it was relevant to the job I applied for.

Entretien
The process was pretty basic for me. I was very experienced in this field. The people who interviewed e were less experienced in operations thn I so it was not so much on my knowledge more on what they wanted as far a expectations.
