Entretien
Took a tour around the department that I would possibly be working at. Also look at a couple of other departments to see how they also work . Took about 30 minutes and then the interview was afterward. Total time took about an hour. Mostly basic questions about work history and work ethic.

This is a 24-hour operating mill. If someone can't come in, are you willing to cover their shift?
