Entretien
The interview is a situation based process. They ask you how you would react to several scenarios and and write down your responses. They will send you an overview of how the process works in advance of your interview so you can prepare. There is a three part interview. The first was with the maintenance superintendent. She asked a bunch of employee relations type questions. Basically about conflict resolution. The second was with another manager and a union rep. That was more technical. The third part is with the human resources rep and is more for giving you information about the job.
The tests before the interview were the hardest part.

Entretien
Two salary company koolaid drinkers and two hourly union officials ask you about previous jobs and technical questions. Cool thing is Union officials actually help coach you along if you are nervous or stumped. Best interview process I've had for a large corporation.
