Entretien
Met a few days prior to the interview and discussed the business and their company. The interview consisted of behavioral based questions, two interviewers in a intimate setting. One interviewer scribed while the other asked questions.
Interview process was smooth and consistent and didn't feel pressured. Questions asked are ones that make you think on your feet but prove to the interviews that you can do the job.

It was laid back, but informative and direct. Expectations of the role was clearly defined, as well as potential growth opportunities. A good description of how the business work s and what the goals were, we're also communicated.

Really long process. On line/on demand interview, in person interview, and two more phone interviews. Definitely have to be patient, especially with your recruiter. All of the questions are behavioral based.
