Invite to apply. Test emailed. Pass the test. Phone interview. In person interview with about 10 people. Plant Tour. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I do not think they hire many African Americans. Interview process is a crock

Fill out application online , I went to a hiring event they take you upstairs and ask you questions about your past job and experience there. A lot of the questions are about your previous employer because they want to know if you’re going to be a good employee for them
