I was nominated anonymously by a professor (although this isn't necessary). I then had to submit written questions and writing samples. I then got invited for an interview, which was with the director of the program and two current tutors. I received the offer about a week later. I then had to take a 3 credit training class with the head of the program. Not too time intensive after the first semester of classes/training. Would highly recommend working here since it is great for professional development.
