I was called back for a group interview where there was a room full of people sat on different tables. We all got given tasks to do, for example constructing the highest tower out of marshmallows and spaghetti and going around the store to then feedback improvements that we would try to implement. After the group interview, I got called to say I'd been successful and invited to a formal interview 1:1 with the George Manager. It was a pretty standard interview, I got a call a few days after offering me the job.
